Swing Golf has over 20 years golf manufacturing experience. Due to short golf season every year, we creat Swein Enterprise to develop metal casting mould and parts to balance our man power. Then we join plastic injection and rubber mould field soonly. We build a lot of equipments and machines to produce metal parts, injection parts and rubber parts too. We hope we may provide worldwide supply service to our customers.
We accept small order and provide short lead time as we can. OEM and ODM customers are welcome. Even just give us your idea will be enough. Pls kindly refer our production process and equipment picture as below. They can help you understanding and catching better design idea.
minimum order : as small as your request even a few pieces sample order. We know any big deals start from sample test. To test our quality and delivery. To test which models are the best sales in your market. To test import duty and shipping cost & logistic handling charge ....
Shipping :
1. Post Air Parcel : only accept package length less than 100 cm for small components such as head, tee, ball, glove, head cover .... shipping time is 7 - 10 days.
2. DHL Express : door to door service for long package such as shafts or completed club sets, shipping time is just 2 days. Shipping cost is higher than post air parcel. But it's sooner and safe without extra logistic handling charge.
3. Regular Air Fright : when goods weight is over 45 kg , regular air fright is cheaper than DHL or UPS express. Even we have to pay logistic and airport charge. Shipping time is 3 days.
4. Sea Fright Shipment : Your order size must be beyond USD 3500.0 , shipping cost is very cheap, it's about USD 5.0 - USD 15.0 to Asia , USD 30.0- USD 40.0 to Germany/UK/Frence/Holland/Australia/ NZ, USD 40.0 -- USD 60.0 to north and south Europe / USA. Shipping time is about 7 days to Asia , 20- 25 days to Europe / USA/ Autralia/ NZ.
Payment term : 100% wire transfer ( T/T ) in advance when shipping by post air parcel, DHL or regular air fright. If total amount is less than USD 200.0 then we accept credit card payment. Credit card payment need 10 days process time. If sea fright shipping, we accept 25% wire transfer( T/T ) in advance, 75% balance payment can be paid when goods on the way after you got our bill of lading.
Delivery : We always keep some safety stock for those hot models or for beginers who don't need fashion models. If you buy our safety stock, we can ship goods as soon as payment be received. For beginer sets, pls refer ON SALE models in our site . They are good proformance , good qulity , cheaper .
If you order models are non- stock. Porduction lead time is 35 days after tooling cost and deposite have been received.
If we modify tooling to be your brand name, lead time should be 45 days including tooling change , sample submitting.

5. Plastic injection mould
Swein is mould maker for small or middle size precision plastic parts. For example, comsummer electronic part, mobil phone, digital camera component, gear, hard ware, bottle, cap, gift set ... etc. |
Big size parts such as LCD TV or washing machine or water tank or garbage can are not suitable. We may inject PE , PP, Nylon, Acrylic , PS , high impact PS , ABS , POM and other engineering plastic material. Most of our injection machines are automatic production or robot release parts for stable quality purpose.
Swein offer customer extensive range of assembly service. No matter metal or plastic or rubber parts can be assembled together. So that you can save shipping volume and your labor cost. You also can call other parts from other suppliers for our assemly so that you might be pre- finding assembly problem in advance rather than you receiving wrong parts. |

6. metal casting mould
Base on same producing and tooling skill as golf head, Swein develop precision casting mould and use high technical wax release production line to produce value, link, metal hook, pin, rod, stainless steel bracket, architecture metal part, engine part ..... Etc.

7. rubber part mould
Base on same producing and tooling skill as golf grip, Swein can develop many kinds of rubber parts for you. Such as rubber ring, bracket, bushing, plate, washer , pad, grip, panel, seal , tie , .... etc. We provide different density and color rubber material for your choice. |
